Interested in starting a career as a Sales Agent? We have the opportunity for you! Our CDZ Agent Training Program is a PAID 6-week training program that teaches you about the Automotive Industry.

 

What do our CDZ Agents do?

Our call center agents, also known as the “Titans,” are tasked with managing large amounts of calls and emails in a timely manner based out of our Duluth call center office. They identify customer needs, provide information on vehicle inventory, research issues, and problem-solve to take great care of customers!

 

CDZ Agent Training Program Details

This is a Full Time 40-hour work week in a classroom environment

Weeks 1-6 Interactive instruction on using our systems and tools to fulfill customer needs, scripting and more.

Weeks 4-6 The previous weeks' training will be put into action by making calls and taking calls from our customers in a supported environment.

Graduation You've successfully completed the training - time to hit the ground running!

Responsibilities

  • All Call Center (BDC) Agents must maintain product knowledge certification and be able to articulate thorough knowledge and understanding of products
  • Must meet all daily and monthly performance goals; phone up percentages, appointments set percentages, show and sold percentages
  • Must be able and willing to make a high volume amount of calls a day
  • Contacting and communicating with customers to identify automotive needs
  • Follow all CDZ processes and procedures high frequency of contact with customers
  • Thorough documentation of all contacts within the CRM
  • Previous Automotive/BDC experience a plus
  • Strong technical skills

  • Demonstrated typing skills (35 Words PM)
  • Complete ILM (Internet Lead Management) work plans on a daily basis
  • Dedicate at least 3 hours of uninterrupted time each day to follow up on your own prospects
  • Answer all calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
  • Use scripts to collect all pertinent customer information and document in the CRM accordingly
  • All appointments must be entered into the ILM and CRM
  • Agents must adhere to Asbury phone scripts
  • Meet daily check out requirements at time of Daily Check Out with Management Team
  • Excellent customer service skills & motivation to be successful
  • Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
  • High volume calls, ranging from 100+ outbound calls per day and 50+ emails each day
  • Must arrive on time and be prompt to all shifts. Must remember to clock in and out for shifts and all breaks
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work for all scheduled working hours
  • Strong computer and phone skills (ADP, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience using CRM systems to track calls to customers preferred
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
  • Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements

 

Currently supporting the following brands: BMW, Nissan, Honda, Acura, Volvo/Mini, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM & Ford
