Your role as a Business Process Intern

As a Business Process Intern, you will work with leaders on our Controls team to identify and document best practices for Controls Project Management. This information will be used to create training on the identified best practices. This opportunity is an excellent fit for students interested in pursuing a career in construction, or for students that are interested in training/ organizational development.
  • Get exposure to other departments and learn how your role impacts the business as a whole
  • Translate concepts learned in the classroom to real world experiences
