Role is part of the Process Improvement team. Responsible for development, delivery, and improvement of analytics that drive business intelligence for CCB Operations Change Management. Reporting is used by clients and Change management core team to understand key performance metrics, improve efficiency, develop and measure process improvements. Tools used include utilizing Excel, Tableau, Access, SharePoint and Alteryx.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business analytics and monitor production activities to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems to internal and external partners.
  • Design, develop and deliver reporting in Excel and Access VBA, advanced skills required
  • Develop new and maintain existing Sharepoint sites across CCB’s Operations Delivery Management team
  • Partner with other team members to continue expansion of Tableau dashboards to provide business intelligence for our customers and operations leadership
  • Perform data analysis by mining information from various data sources and construction of that data into meaningful, actionable information
  • Understand the context in which analytics are being requested and provide thought leadership rooted in a deep understanding of the underlying data
  • Identify, coordinate, and implement initiatives/projects and activities that create efficiencies.



  • Requires 4 years of data analysis and reporting experience
  • Advanced level report development skills as it relates to business intelligence tools (Tableau, SQL) and experience in creation of management dashboards
  • Advanced knowledge of excel reporting is required
  • SharePoint site development experience required. Tableau developer certification is a plus. Alteryx experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions, process information quickly, and assess impacts to requirements presented
  • Exceptional collaboration with self-motivation to act with a sense of urgency
  • Detail oriented, customer focused. Excellent relationship management skills with strong communications and interpersonal skills. History of success working in a team environment.
