This position seeks someone with experience in strategic planning, business architecture and a deep knowledge of payment network processes related to service delivery and customer satisfaction.  This forward-thinker will work collaboratively with our internal and payment network partners developing strategies to integrate process, technology, and an understanding of the customer servicing trends within an efficient, end-to-end operating model.  The position will require a confident and assertive self-starter to support business operations and vendor partners at all levels.  Responsibilities will include concept and feasibility study development, research and analytics, oversight or management of short and long-term service optimization initiatives, business plan development and execution, consensus-building, meeting facilitation and materials development.  Limited travel is required.




Specific duties or roles across the F&CPS group included but not limited to:


Support the F&CPS initiatives and roadmap

Develop and introduce strategic initiatives on organizational and process levels

Process analysis and re-engineering development

Service structure assessment and modeling

Concept development and socialization

Issue resolution accomplished through effective issue articulation and stakeholder consensus

Management of assigned special activities utilizing project plans to meet established goals and objectives

Prefer operating from San Antonio, TX location, but will consider Columbus or Elgin



High proficiency and 3 years’ experience in strategic development

  • Requires project management experience
  • Requires 3 years of operations experience in financial services
  • Requires experience in requirements development
  • Prefer experience with Agile Methodology
  • Prefer knowledge and experiences with Claims, Dispute, and Recovery operations and processing
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships with third party vendors and various teams across lines of business at all management levels.
  • Strong process and analytical skills with the ability to manage various initiatives in a deadline driven, regulatory environment

    Prefer BS/BA degree or above
