The BOB Implementation Process Executive -- Run is responsible for error-free and timely delivery of payroll outputs to clients as per clients' requirements within the stipulated time as per the overall project plan.

  • Validation of data received for processing parallel and go live run.
  • Identify any gaps in the data received and highlight it to the Project manager.
  • Process payroll parallel / dry run in the payroll application.
  • Analyze the delta between the clients' payroll and ADP parallel / dry run.
  • Re-run parallel / dry run as required.
  • Work closely with the Functional consultant and the Run team to ensure error-free delivery during the parallel run and Go Live.
  • Ensure timely delivery of payroll register, bank file, general ledger file, payslips and other customized reports to the run team
  • Processes deliverables as per the SLA agreed with the client
  • Responsible for error-free delivery
  • Ensures that all payroll related reports are prepared on time and executed
  • Maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of information at all times.
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures


  • Bachelor's degree in the related area of study.
  • Graduate with 3 years of experience in Singapore / Philippines payroll processing. Having knowledge of both countries is an added advantage.4 plus years of experience in Singapore Payroll and compliance.
