Brand Management is a strategy building role and business driver and serves as the brand liaison for both internal and external business partners. The Global Brand Management team is responsible for building the brand and distribution strategy for the long-term. In addition, the team is responsible for the day to day business management responsibilities, including building merchandising and 360 degree launch plans and providing analytics to deliver and exceed the financial goals of markets. The International BM Manager would be responsible for either the EMEA OR Asia region and reports to the VP of Brand Management and Sales Strategy. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who is a self-starter, detail oriented, flexible, extremely organized, and can multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines. International travel required.

Responsibilities
    • Brand Management is a strategy building role and business driver and serves as the brand liaison for both internal and external business partners. In addition, the team is responsible for the day to day business management responsibilities, including building merchandising and 360 degree launch plans and providing analytics to deliver and exceed the financial goals of markets. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who is a self-starter, detail oriented, flexible, extremely organized, and can multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.     • Support global short and long-term strategies to meet and exceed company objectives; work with cross-functional partners to successfully integrate plans.
    • Key liaison for local markets across the global landscape
    • Key brand liaison for internal teams - marketing, inventory planning, education, creative, product development, and operations.
    • Support the design of seasonal plans with cross-functional teams to ensure success of A+ and core product launches.
    • Consolidate new market and new product launch forecasts; adjust forecasts as needed based on sales results in order to achieve business goals.
    • Create 360 toolkits and timelines for new market launches as well as new product launches within markets
    • Develop understanding of markets and cultures to optimize brand growth based on client behavior and readiness per market
    • Support in the evaluation of retailers and size of business to optimize roll-out efforts
    • Partner with Creative for development of brand codes, DNA, style guide and voice
    • Research global beauty landscape to best capture total brand and category market trends
    • Collaborate with Creative in the organization of global asset guidelines
    • Represent local market needs at HQ to best position the brand for success (creative, marketing, comps, samples, training, retailer gratis, etc)
    • Support development and use of a digital asset management system to ensure global brand consistency
    • Help develop both long-term and short-term assortment strategies and own global master assortment
    • Coordinate and consolidate sampling planning efforts to best maximize sales impact through product focused marketing initiatives
    • Lead seasonal merchandising updates from creative brief to in-store
    • Partner with Analytics to create monthly executive sales recaps and key initiatives performance
    • Research competitive and product benchmarks in order to identify product opportunities and trends and make recommendations to drive the business


Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
    • Minimum 5 years' of relevant experience in marketing/sales role, international experience preferred
    • In-depth knowledge of beauty industry
    • Knowledge of international markets and willingness to travel
    • Must be a strong collaborator who can work effectively with key internal and external cross-functional partners
    • Strong demonstrated analytical and project management skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong computer skills - excel, outlook, word, PowerPoint
    • Highly motivated with the ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment, passionate about cosmetics
