The Business Automation Process Manager will be part of the CCB Operations Quality Center of Excellence (COE).  The primary role of this team is to identify, develop and implement automation opportunities driving process improvement and reducing manual Quality testing.  
Your Business Analysis, Process Re-engineering and development skills will be paramount to success in this role.
Automation opportunities identified will present complex, multilayered, data intensive business challenges where your ability to problem solve from a business and technical perspective and apply creative solutions is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Automation Business Process Expert will:
  • Lead efforts to identify, analyze the feasibility, coordinate parties, perform development, implement opportunities and manage change control for automation's across CCB Ops. 
  • Responsible for reviewing current state process maps, design optimized future state process facilitating your design and development
  • Drive and implement end to end business and technical solutions
  • Ability to navigate across the IT landscape to obtain access related to automation opportunities
  • Administer business function system access, establish functional ID’s and perform data mapping.
  • Synthesize opportunities for Senior Management communications
  • Logical critical thinker
  • Expert in VBA/ Reflections / AUTOIT and SQL
  • Expert skills in Visio and PowerPoint
  • Ability to partner collaboratively with business partners
  • Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis to identify approach and scope
  • Expert in requirement and design documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve comprehensive test coverage by understanding the test scope and approach.
  • Strong knowledge of building Test Automation Frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Experience in business analysis, reporting, problem identification, resolution and root cause analysis
  • Strong multitasking skills
