Wholesale Payments Field Market Readiness & Communications

The Field Market Readiness & Communications team drives product and process changes across all Wholesale Payments products: Treasury Services, Merchant Services, Commercial Card and Global Trade.

 

As part of the Wholesale Payments Product Delivery organization, the team supports diverse functions, ultimately ensuring all client coverage teams and our clients are prepared for change through thoughtful coordination and delivery of integrated communications and supporting resources.

 
Job Description

The WP Field Market Readiness & Communications team is looking for a strategic, analytical and innovative professional to provide critical and wide-ranging support for the organization.

 

Primary responsibilities include internal communications management and delivery, timely and succinct reporting of key initiatives, data analysis, and project management support with the goal of ensuring effective end-to-end execution.

 
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Organize and distribute various internally-branded publications, reports, readiness summaries and stand-alone communications.

  • Establish and maintain requests for intranet updates (new pages, functionality or content); collaborate with requestors and support as necessary.

  • Maintain various communication distribution lists, communication repositories and other resources to ensure maximum process efficiency and control.

  • Craft messaging and support editing responsibilities.

  • Assist in identifying and recommending best practices and enhancements to processes and methodologies.

  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to assist Readiness leads with strategies and planning.

  • Understand and anticipate the key deliverables of the leadership team, proactively planning and supporting those needs to ensure early, high-quality delivery of materials and required preparation.

  • Makes regular and frequent decisions on projects, communications, and strategic planning activities based on feedback and interaction with target audiences.

     

Qualifications
 
  • College degree
  • 2+ of relevant experience in banking, financial services or technology

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with technologically complex and procedurally driven messages

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively

  • Strong skills with the following:

    • PowerPoint PitchPro+ to develop presentations for all levels of management

    • SharePoint development and maintenance skills
    • Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced functions

  • Ability to interpret and analyze data, with attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce successful results

  • Ability to develop positive relationships with business stakeholders

  • Proven ability as a self-starter, detail-oriented, well organized, strong decision-making skills and able to multi-task effectively
