The Tuck School of Business seeks an accomplished development professional to manage and strengthen its donor recognition and stewardship programs and processes, including primarily the preparation and production of high quality donor-centric gift impact reports and stewardship related communications. Position Purpose

Manages gift recognition, donor stewardship, and other associated donor-centric support activities according to Tuck's mission, strategy, and institutional priorities.

Key Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities

1. Envisions, articulates, and implements plan for achieving gift recognition and donor stewardship goals and priorities; engages with colleagues and donors to identify and surpass challenges; evaluates progress using data analytics; and updates goals and priorities with direction from Advancement leadership. (10%)
2. Manages donor-centric gift impact reports and stewardship related communications, and gift and donor life event acknowledgements; Writes, prepares, updates, and disseminates recognition and stewardship reports and recommendations, and administers other processes and activities associated with achieving gift recognition and stewardship goals and priorities. (60%)
3. Contributes ideas, input, and support to initiatives, decisions, and communications with gift recognition and donor stewardship implications. (10%)
4. Collaborates with Tuck and Dartmouth Advancement, Communications, Finance, Financial Aid, and other offices and colleagues to conceptualize, manage, and complete stewardship and advancement communications-related projects and assignments. (15%)
5. Gains knowledge of and shares insights into pertinent trends and innovations through market research, participation in peer networks and associations, and attending and representing Tuck at conferences, seminars, and speaking engagements. (5%)
