About The Job

This job is a member of the Information Technology Team, within the Information Technology Division. This position will collaborate with other analysts and administrators to answer user support requests regarding IT Middleware. This role will assist managers and teams through project delivery from start to finish. 


Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • Creates project documentation, such as project plans and agile stories
  • Maintains clear, up-to-date project artifacts within the project plans
  • Tracks and reports overall progress
  • Establishes and maintains the project documentation library
  • Ensures all stakeholders/team members are fully engaged and understand project tasks and deliverables 
  • Documents change activities, including escalations as needed to ensure the projects continue to deliver
  • Coordinates changes with team, affected offices, departments, and/or vendors to include all team members
  • Recognizes appropriate problem solving steps and acts to implement solutions


Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience/training
  • 1-2 years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience
  • 1-2 years of project management experience
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, customers, and external groups, as well as working in a collaborative environment with geographically dispersed resources
  • ​Good understanding of mobile and telecommunication networks
  • Experience in managing constraints and risk around IT Mobility Project delivery
  • Experience with Agile project management methodology
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time to meet commitments and expectations
  • Ability to handle the coordination efforts between multiple teams and vendors
  • Ability to create and maintain solid project documentation
  • Ability to identify challenges, risks, and opportunities
  • Ability to focus on the details, as well as grasp the big picture
  • Strong analytical, estimating, and problem solving skills
  • Strong coordination efforts for project meetings and communication skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
  • Possess a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of broad-based information systems and business experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and adjust messaging based on the audience, including non-technical groups
  • Ability to influence through outstanding interpersonal skills, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently
