About the Role:

Reporting to the head of Strategic Programs, the successful candidate plays a critical role leading user research and testing, and translating client insights into differentiated and relevant experiences for JPMorgan’s clients. They join a dynamic team of product managers, designers, and engineers passionate about delivering exceptional software using iterative and agile development processes.

  • Coordinate, conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing in close partnership with product and design

  • Represent the voice of the client in conversations with stakeholders and during the product development process
  • Supervise ongoing UX and design activities to maintain quality and consistency across experiences and interactions
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify potential areas of opportunity and/or concern
  • Translate business objectives into client experiences using visual solutions and prototypes 

  • 6+ years of experience in user experience research or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to connect and empathize with clients
  • Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end user research and testing
  • Experience designing client-facing applications in a lean and agile environment
  • Team player, with a strong work ethic and high energy levels
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand, interpret and leverage data to optimize UX solutions
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Axure
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Tableau and Google Analytics
