Description

We’re looking for a creative thinker and marketer to lead the Portfolio Insights program in New York. The role is part of the Global Insights team, reporting to the head of US Insights Programs. It sits within the Asset Management Marketing organization which leverages capabilities globally and delivers marketing content in an efficient, effective and relevant way. The Portfolio Insights Marketing Manager assumes a hands-on role and partners with the broader Marketing organization to further US Funds & Institutional marketing initiatives.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the production of weekly materials including email messaging, timing of delivery, compliance review and distribution.

  • Manage the production of quarterly materials, as well as marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness of JPMorgan capabilities and offerings.

  • Identify opportunities to develop digital, print and video content based on strategic priorities, metrics, market conditions, input from sales, product strategy and other stakeholders

  • Gather data and analyze stats on the Portfolio Insights program including advisor touch-points, engagement and participation.

  • Support the development and execution of new large scale initiatives to enhance the digital Portfolio Insights suite of tools.

  • Coordinate with cross-channel communications team on internal and external promotion

  • Responsible for inventory management and ensuring ongoing compliance of all content

  • Develop relationships with key investment subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on areas of focus

  • Interact with management and sales teams on the development of new ideas as well ongoing training

  • Strategic planning for the future of the Portfolio Insights program


Required Skills

A successful candidate will be a dedicated, driven professional looking to help develop and promote JP Morgan’s thought leadership in a digital world. We are looking for candidates who have an accomplished history and eagerness in effectively managing large, complex projects and driving change, ideally in financial services marketing. Key qualifications include:

  • Deep knowledge of investments across assets classes (fixed income, equities, alternatives) and the asset management business
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem solving skills

  • Extensive experience in all content mediums – web, mobile, audio, video and social media channels

  • Strong project management skills

  • Superior writing, editing and presentation creation skills

  • Highly organized and very detail oriented

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong work ethic and ability to individually drive initiatives

  • Must be a team player with ability to work in a matrix organization structure

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills – ability to interact with top business executives

  • Product knowledge—investment product sales process and product knowledge preferred

  • Protocol design—capacity to construct efficient processes; desire to revisit processes routinely in the interest of ongoing enhancement

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years marketing or communications experience
  • Series 7 license is a plus
