Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual with demonstrated marketing communication’s experience and/or a strong foundational understanding of the asset management industry.  Reporting to VP of Segment Marketing, the Marketing Communications Associate will drive key multi-channel initiatives targeted at Financial Advisors with a particular focus on our ETF campaigns.  This role requires marketing generalist competencies but offers the exciting opportunity to cultivate specialization expertise based on the individual’s interests and talents.

  • Participate in planning to create differentiated, measurable campaigns that align with JPM business priorities and partner firms objectives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across a broad range of functions and channels

  • Manage project calendar for ETFs and partner with channels to secure support for new product placements



  • Understand what content is relevant to various FA audiences and how to increase engagement

  • Generate, create and/or curate content for campaigns around product and insights

    • Manage the planning and execution of our quarterly In The Know content program, including coordinating schedules, content outlines, recording, production, and complying all program assets (video, emails, social, web, written reports etc.)

    • Manage invite process/lists, RSVPs, central point of contact for ETF, ad hoc support

    • Review and aggregate channel KPIs to ensure consistency and visibility across the team and assist with testing, measurements, analytics, reporting and optimization

    • Conduct quarterly assessment of marketing activities to ensure we are optimizing our strategy based on data. Continually analyze engagers of ETF marketing activities to begin deriving insights.

    • Identify best practices and procedures for communications and executing marketing plans

    • Ensure alignment with centralized marketing teams including brand, digital, product and insights and drive cross-channel initiatives into distribution teams

    • Evaluate current processes and seek ways to improve and create efficiency

    • Build relationships with partners across the sales and marketing organization

  • Have technical inclination with a bias for scaling programs through algorithmic and automated solutions

  • Have ability to identify, analyze and solve ambiguous problems with extreme attention to detail

  • Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership

  • Proven analytical and project management skills

  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and be able to shift priorities quickly in a changing environment

  • Proven ability to function as part of collaborate team, drive initiatives, and creatively problem solve

  • Experience with measurement and/or development of consumer lifecycle marketing programs

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to report findings to all levels of the organization

  • Experience managing at least 3 digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Email, Display, Affiliate marketing, etc.)

  • Consumer marketing background a plus
