As a Shareholder Services Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high quality service and support to financial advisors and investors of J.P. Morgan Funds. Analyst tasks include problem resolution, processing trades, information requests, and educating clients about JPMorgan products and value add resources. Analysts will work towards obtaining the Series 6 & 63 securities licenses and will participate in a thorough training program covering all service and technical aspects of mutual funds and 529 college savings plans.
