  • ​This job is a member of the Revenue Management Planning & Operations Team within the Revenue Management Division.
  • Responsible for ​inventory systems, pricing systems, new delivery capabilities, offer management, product segmentation, enhanced channel optimization, and other commercial initiatives that must be coordinated and prioritized to continue to give the RM team the tools needed.
What you'll do
  • Assimilates and leverages the RM team's knowledge to identify key opportunities for the organization and issues that need to be addressed
  • Raises awareness around critical issues for the organization and build consensus across the organization as it makes decisions that impact our future
  • Synthesizes complex technical information across large data sets and communicate clearly and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develops RM's 5-year strategic plan and roadmap, while tracking milestones and OKRs along the way

  • ​Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to assemble information, extract pertinent facts, draw logical conclusions, and present recommendations
  • Ability to make independent judgments and decisions while taking ownership of job responsibilities
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with and consensus amongst multiple stakeholders with varying points of view
  • Understanding of airline economics and operations and revenue management techniques, and the ability to apply that knowledge to strategic problems
  • Excellent problem solving skills and demonstrated leadership ability
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to understand complex, interrelated elements
  • Creative thinker with aptitude for identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement
  • Willingness to take calculated risks
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Refined skills with the MS Office suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that effectively and clearly communicate a strategic vision
