  • ​This job is a member of the Regional Planning and Execution team within the Regional Division.
  • Responsible for l​eading cross-functional initiatives, identifying and framing issues, driving decisions, building project plans and monitoring execution.
What you'll do
  • Project manage transformational initiatives, building detailed project plans, facilitating meetings, and following up with key stakeholders
  • Primary business Manager to complete the development and implementation of an Automated Weight/Balance and Load Planning solution for American Eagle partners
  • Key project manager of American Eagle’s operational performance data strategy including carrier maintenance, flight, and all components of ground handler turn data
  • Business lead to coordinate and manage key capital plan projects for Eagle including operating tools and mobility for the frontline team members
  • Lead ad-hoc projects from planning to implementation, driving positive results
  • Create KPIs and project dashboards to monitor progress
  • Provide analytical support for projects by reviewing data, drawing insights and presenting findings
  • Develop decks and present content to leaders and working groups
  • Must be willing to travel for business as needed

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​MBA or equivalent
  • Experience in project management or consulting

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Exceptional organization and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker who considers the broader corporate implications of ideas
  • Ability to conduct analysis, problem solve, and effectively deal with ambiguity
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and manage stress, while working in a variety of situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
