About The Job

This job is a member of the Customer Experience Team within the Customer Planning Division. This position will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance for regulatory functions within the Customer Planning organization.


Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • Manages and updates the ROM (Ramp Operations Manual)
  • Participates in Crew Chief Working groups to gauge policy and procedure changes
  • Leads the Customer Operations Steering Committee from a policy and procedures perspective
  • Participates in various disability task forces
  • Must be willing to travel on company business if and when necessary
  • Hours of operation are typically Monday-Friday with occasional extended hours outside of the regularly scheduled shift


Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check and/or fingerprinting to satisfy company and security requirements, if applicable


Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • Management experience
  • Ramp experience a plus
  • Understanding of the ramp policies and procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook, and SABRE
  • Ability to work well with many different departments
  • Knowledge of the risk management process and the ability to do risk assessments
