The Fleet and Network Analytics team’s primary responsibility is analyzing and coordinating fleet decisions within Network Planning and across internal operating and planning groups.  The team also creates strategic network analyses as well as ad-hoc strategic projects that impact the overall direction of the network.  The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of collaboration with both internal and external groups, developing innovative solutions to complex network and fleet issues and a passion for driving results.     

What you'll do
  • Solve complex problems and puzzles in a constrained and dynamic environment by designing the analytical frameworks to evaluate strategic options
  • Support project management and execution teams by providing analytical support
  • Collaborate with various teams throughout the airline and works with cross-functional groups to drive competitive performance
  • Support the LOPA (Layout of Passenger Accommodation) process to maximize profitability of the fleet
  • Challenges self and team to develop future-oriented network strategies
  • Leverage understanding of the airline business and commercial goals to drive results and innovative solutions
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline: Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent experience/training
  • 3 years experience in airline Network Planning/Scheduling, Revenue Management or analytical field, or Master’s degree in a related field

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Knowledge of AirVision Schedule Manager

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Ability to be adaptive to new ideas and business processes in an ever-changing marketplace
  • Skilled at sharing knowledge to develop the expertise of the team as a whole
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization as well as external contacts
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
