About The Job

This job is a member of the HR Audit and Analysis Team within the People/HR Division. Responsible for providing analytical expertise and project management to the American Human Resources (HR) Department and drive initiatives that result in cost savings and process efficiencies. This job will also lead and perform data analysis, develop and implement strategies, develop forecast models, and drive “best practices” within HR processes.

 

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • Conceives and develops analytical models
  • Defines and tracks performance metrics, develop scorecards, and drives improvement initiatives
  • Develops forecasting models to drive decisions and strategy
  • Helps the organization improve working capital through management of programs focused on cost savings and/or cost avoidance
  • Completes other related projects, as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 2 years’ experience in a Statistics, Analytics, Finance or other analytics roles

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration
  • Ability to work well in fast paced environment
  • Ability to deliver high quality work on time
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Ability to guide a team by creating and fostering collaboration
  • Ability to present thoughts both formally and informally
  • Excellent presentation skills
