  • This job is a member of the B2B Customer Communication Strategy team in the Sales and Distribution Strategy division of Global Sales.
  • Responsible for developing and executing communication and marketing strategies to inform and engage all B2B customer segments in an effort to deepen loyalty and increase share.
What you'll do
  • Develop and implement a 'right message, at the right time, to the right customer' communication strategy across all B2B customer segments, all Global Sales products and services, and all channels
  • Conceive of and implement process improvement plans and tools to successfully manage B2B customer communication oversight and delivery
  • Collaborate with counterparts in the wider Global Sales organization, Corp Comm, Global Marketing, Digital and Customer Insights & Loyalty teams to ensure a consistent Global Sales story is communicated
  • Use our marketing automation platform and leverage other channels to execute customer engagement strategies
  • Optimize Business Extra and AirPass product website content, collateral and sales decks
  • Identify KPIs and evaluate and report on marketing campaign performance, while working with B2B product strategy teams to measure impact and ROI at the program level
  • Stay abreast of marketing, industry and consumer behavior trends, bringing fresh strategies, ideas and tactics to market
  • Work with joint business partners to develop and execute coordinated marketing and communication campaigns
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training
  • 3+ years in Communications, Marketing or Advertising
  • Experience in corporate communications, email marketing, digital marketing, B2B sales, campaign strategy/execution, marketing metric analysis and optimization, and project management

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Experience with process improvement/development, airline loyalty programs, B2B marketing, Content Management Systems, professional social media, corporate communications, marketing automation platforms, HTML and Microsoft Planner/Teams strongly preferred


Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Decisive and self-motivated team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, an aptitude for creative problem solving, and both analytical and marketing abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, strong attention to detail and a proven ability to influence and motivate others
  • Skill to successfully manage multiple projects, deadlines and conflicting interests, and be solution-oriented while remaining flexible with changes in priorities
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to be resourceful, take initiative and work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
