  • ​​This job is a member of the Hubs & Gateways Team within the Customer Exprience Division.
  • ​Responsible for providing analytical support for gating and overall schedule review.  Also, responsible for the initial review of hub schedules and presentations to leadership and is the gate keeper of the schedule which provides Schedule Planning with direct feedback to support hub goals.
What you'll do
  • Interfaces daily with all hub departments to ensure flight schedule development is optimized
  • Works alongside Network Planning to optimize the planning of hub planning schedules
  • Ensures all schedules received are analyzed and all gating rules are complied with to help achieve station goals
  • Collaborates with station leadership to improve operational performance through future schedule review and staffing requirements to support allocation of resources
  • Provides analysis of upcoming schedule changes to forecast potential feasibility issues
  • Develops and presents regular schedule reviews to hub team
  • Provides operational performance research, monitors off schedule flights, charters & ops order management, and special flight event planning
  • Assists with Customer Experience Team with the development of Control Center applications
  • Interfaces with IT departments, related business partners, and outside vendors to ensure coordinated planning, evaluation and implementation of new automation programs
  • Hosts planning calls and station debriefs, provide ad hoc performance analysis
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and training for CC employees
  • Evaluates, recommends, and coordinates new processes to improve performance goals
  • Communicates with employees regarding company initiatives and policies
  • Works with senior station management to implement service efficiencies
  • Consults with peers on best practices and facilitate interdepartmental efforts and team work
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, nights and weekends as required
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/training
  • 6 years of industry experience
  • 2 years of experience in a Hub operation

  • Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
  • Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
