Dartmouth College seeks a partner to provide programmatic and administrative support to the Admissions Ambassador Program team. Dartmouth continues to receive record numbers of applications for undergraduate admissions – over 23,000 for the class of 2023. Through our partnership with the Undergraduate Admissions team at Dartmouth, the Admissions Ambassador Program and our 7,000 alumni volunteers build a robust and personalized alumni interviewing experience for our applicants. We recruit and train our alumni volunteers and implement a year-long volunteer stewardship plan to inform our volunteers of their impact with the admissions process and celebrate program milestones. The Admissions Ambassador Program Coordinator will assist in managing the complex details associated with alumni interviewing and serve as an important contact for the program. After admissions decisions are released, our work continues as we provide opportunities for admitted students and their families to experience Dartmouth. To show these prospective students why they should say “yes” to Dartmouth, we coordinate yield phone calls, admitted student events, and receptions. Stewardship of future Dartmouth undergraduate applicants starts early with the Dartmouth Book Award program, high school college fairs, and our informational session Navigating College Admissions, held in partnership with Dartmouth's Admissions and Financial Aid teams twice a year, which educates future students and their parents about the college admissions process.
