  • 2+ years of experience writing business level correspondence
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office advanced typing skills
  • Must be able to write clear, professional emails, and communicate effectively with field personnel, subcontractors, owners and others
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from multiple stakeholders

The purpose of your role as a Graphic Designer

Provides administrative support to the Service team for a variety of functions including administrative support, field support and back up dispatcher when needed.

Administrative Support:
  • Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems - this includes recording information, updating paperwork, maintaining documents and other material.
  • Set up new contracts - input data into databases, scanning and filing
  • Maintain database - input data into databases, scanning and filing
  • Generate monthly work orders
  • Maintain contract spreadsheet

Field Support:
  • Maintain on call schedule
  • Back up dispatch - Dispatch service personnel to satisfy customer problems based on skills, nature of problems, locations of personnel.

Customer Relations:
  • Answer telephones and give information to caller, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individual.
  • Build rapport and productive working relationships with customers, vendors and other outside agents.
  • Effectively represent company's interest to outside agents to maximize profits
