​This job is a member of the Loyalty Partnerships Team within the Marketing & Loyalty Division.  This position is responsible for the account management of strategic partnership initiatives in the hotel category and other key accounts.

What you'll do
  • ​Develops annual partnership plans with key stakeholders in support of strategic initiatives
  • Performs comprehensive contract negotiations including economics and risk assessment to enrich the value proposition for our customers and the portfolio
  • Utilizes various tools and tactics to identify transactional trends and opportunities against key performance metrics
  • Works collaboratively with marketing and all marketing channel owners to optimize the partner offers and to align on the prioritization of partner messaging and value to our customers
  • Analyzes and researches industry and market trends to better deliver innovative customer facing offers
  • Develops recommendations, as well as written and/or oral presentations of those recommendations, to senior management
  • Ensures contract compliance across the organization
  • Some travel may be required
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • Integrated marketing experience
  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Experience in financial analysis and strategic planning


Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Ability to analyze data pertaining to KPIs, and present information in a concise way to all levels of the organization
  • Working knowledge or experience building relationships with partners in the hotel industry


Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • ​Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc. required
  • Proven high level of initiative, creativity, collaboration and follow-up in a fast-paced, dynamic environment across multiple departments and partner entities required
  • Skills in relationship management with ability to build strategic performance plans required
  • Skills in project management with the ability to drive large, complex initiatives requiring multiple stakeholder approval required
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment required
