\u003Cli\u003EBuild a thorough understanding of the client account through regular review and analysis documented on the Account Plan\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUnderstand the clients business goals and growth strategy and alignment of ADP solutions as appropriate\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEngagement with client mobilizers and decision makers\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIdentify revenue opportunities and work with the various departments to bring to fruition\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDrive engagement with different operational teams to improve client experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAct as a conduit/facilitator between the Client and internal ADP departments\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAlways seeking best practice and continuous improvement\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELiaise with relevant parties on root cause analysis, generating and implementing continuous improvement plans to ensure corrective\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003Eactions/service improvements are seen through to completion\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EReview client experience, retention and improvements against NPS\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EContract management, negotiation
