As a Digital Channels Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and leading the end -to-end digital client self service experience across J.P. Morgan Access. You will participate in development, implementation and coordination of product deliverables including problem definition and analysis, product research and competitive analysis to help define the self service strategy and implement it. Additionally, you will analyze client feedback, write requirements, perform product validation testing and provide product demonstrations. It will be important to work with product management, technology, service and operations partners across wholesale payments to ensure a quality product is developed and delivered.
