The WM Mortgage Solutions team delivers customized, complex mortgage lending solutions to WM clients in the US. Mortgage Specialists work closely with Bankers, Capital Advisors, Financial Advisors and additional members of the integrated team to 1) deliver advice on the benefits of real estate financing for high and ultra-high net worth individuals, 2) provide guidance and advice throughout the mortgage origination process, 3) proactively identify opportunities to grow market share both in refinance and purchase jumbo mortgage origination. The candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, be execution-focused, and possess the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Risk, Treasury, Risk, and Legal in order to deliver sophisticated mortgage solutions and excellent client experiences. The role will require obtaining an NMLS License.
