ADP is hiring a VP Service, Compliance Solutions.
A senior level strategy leader who plans and leads initiatives with broad organizational impact on multiple levels accountable for sales growth, margin improvements, product satisfaction, client retention and operational efficiencies.
Has primary P&L accountability driving the performance and results for two unique businesses (Wage Garnishments and Unemployment Compensation) generating $120M annually.
Leads an organization consisting of approx. 420 associates across US and ADP locations. Direct reports include two VP/Service Executives, 3 Sr. Directors/Directors and one Manager.
* Responsible for client engagement and NPS results by leading Service organization consisting of client facing Account Managers/leaders as well employee call center
* Oversees Operations team across multiple ADP office both onshore and offshore leading both direct teams and matrix organizations to ensure proper capacity planning and client SLAs are met to reduce ADP and client exposure
* Executes functional business plans and contribute to the development of Business Unit strategy
* Provide strategic direction and ensure overall organizational goals are met,
* Responsible for aligning leadership both onshore and offshore with initiatives and actions that will ensure goal achievement and resource optimization.
* Evaluates and leads service initiatives and proactively engages with business unit and internal stakeholders to establish vision and business strategies that will drive process excellence and client satisfaction.
* Demonstrates leadership skills that support the organization's goals, values and mission through effective and frequent communication with the team. Leads the team in adapting to a changing environment through clear expectation setting.
* Recognizes and rewards desired behaviors and results and provides constructive criticism when needed. Fosters an environment of dedicated and engaged associates.
* Represents divisional needs for financial budgets for investments and manages accordingly against expense plan.
* Manage external partnerships that provide support or services within Unemployment and Garnishment services
* Proactively manages staff development including individual and team goals, coaching and counseling, training plans, mentoring and career planning.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field and/or equivalent experience with at least 15 years of management experience is required.
Must be able to work well under pressure. Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple, diverse and conflicting activities and project teams. Must possess excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, negotiation skills and recognized organizational savvy.
High Level experience in service industry is preferred.
Proven success in managing a P&L.
Experience in developing, reengineering and managing business processes
Demonstrated ability in managing multiple strategic initiatives of varying complexities and scope
Demonstrated success in effective communications and positioning of projects and business requirements under a variety of highly visible conditions
Proven leadership skill to implement strategic initiatives in an organization.
Ability to work with all levels of a multidimensional organization as a change agent.
