Job summary
As a Marketing Strategy Lead in Consumer Bank Marketing Acquisition, you will lead the development of Acquisition performance insights that improves peer and leadership understanding of trends and directly inform strategy changes to continuously improve financial returns. This role provides an opportunity lead high-visibility, high-impact performance management and will provide significant exposure to all functional areas within Consumer Bank Marketing (strategy, analytics, channel management, creative, execution, etc.) and Finance.
Job responsibilities
You will regularly interface with Marketing leadership to provide and discuss Acquisition performance trends and directly influence broad strategy pivots to maximize financial performance results. Trends and implications that you develop will be regularly included in senior executive leadership updates.
In close partnership with Marketing Analytics, you will continuously improve Acquisition performance insights, including through prioritizing new data requests, developing standardized views and improving data visualizations.
You will be a center of excellence for interpreting and using performance data by coaching and developing Strategy Program Managers to promote deep understanding program-level performance insights, from conversion funnel analysis to overall financial performance implications.
In partnership with Program Managers, you will coordinate and lead regular performance forums showcasing detailed Acquisition performance trends, helping identify interesting and/or concerning performance trends and to identify follow-ups and next steps.
