TTS Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)Lead Analyst is a senior professional role. This role is within Citis Finance organization under the Lead Finance Officer (LFO) FP&A supporting theTTSbusiness in North America (NAM). The role is responsible for providing seniormanagement with an analysis and insight of North American TTSs financial results, lead projects that intend to drive business results and from a BAU perspective liaises with other Finance teams, Controller and Treasury to execute the Outlook/Investor Day/Plan/CCAR processes alongside business and other key partners. The overall objective is to contribute to directional strategy as well as utilize in-depthfinance and productknowledge to provide advice/counsel on the evaluation of North American TTSs current and projected financial viewand drive business performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute analysis of planning and forecasting for the NAM TTS businesses by proactively working with multiple Finance, Business, Treasury and other partners. The planning and forecasting process includes annual 3-year Strategic/Operating Plans, CCAR PPNR forecasts, mid-year reforecasts, and monthly outlooks
  • Support TTS Global Product and NAM Finance Officer and business partners on the financial performance analysis, highlighting the drivers of major variances versus benchmark while influencing and providing insight to the management of the P&L

  • Assist in the month-end close process by monitoring financials resultsand communicating with business, finance and controller organizations

  • Contribute to theenhancement of financial processes by working closely with controller, operation, and treasury partners, further drivestandardization, automation and efficiency

  • Participatein client level revenue analysis utilizing excel, access, VBA, visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau), identify potential financial opportunities or risks and provide guidance on business and product decisions

  • Povide support for ad-hoc requests on analysis or presentations for NAM TTS executives or in support of CFO / CEO financial reviews

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and senior management to influence behavior and decision making


Qualifications:

  • Must demonstrate considerable energy, focus and drive; poactive and results driven, with an extreme attention to detail

  • Strong analytical skills and strategic aptitudes, including the ability to translate complex financial schedules into meaningful analysis and presentations and assist with decision making

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a balance of assertiveness and discretion to be a credible and sought after resource, and ability to build key cross-functional and cross-business relationships

  • Change agent mentality to drive for process enhancements; demonstrated ability to manage short-term projects

  • Minimum 2 plus years of experience in a financial services/consulting capacity within a large organization

  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA), the knowledge of digital tools (Power BI, Tableau, KNIME) is a plus

  • Knowledge of Citi Financial systems (Pearl, Essbase, Business Objects, GBS, Oasis, etc.) is a plus

  • Understanding of the TTS businesses and the P&L is a plus


Education:

  • Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience in a Finance, Economics or Accounting related field
  • Masters degree preferred
