Job Description: The CCB Capital Stress Testing (CST) Program Management (PM) team is part of CCB Finance and manages the Risk Appetite, Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR), and governance/controls for all sob-LOBs in CCB. The team delivers on the Corporate Capital Stress Testing (CCST) guidance, manages deliverables, understands and tracks progress, issues and risks, as well as provides holistic updates to executive management on a regular basis. The team coordinates the CCAR governance requirements across all Sub-LOBs within CCB (Consumer Bank, Business Banking, JPMWM, Chase Auto, Home Lending, and Credit Card). This includes coordinating the execution of Internal Risk Appetite (Quarterly), CCAR submissions to our regulators (Annual), remediation of existing issues, and driving improvements / re-engineering our Finance forecasting processes and control/risk environment.

In this role, you will be working on and coordinate multiple projects that are complex, cross functional, cross LOB programs, and have significant impact on the businesses. Projects have high visibility and PMs gain great exposure to multiple businesses within CCB. You will work closely with other LOB PMs, CCB Analytics, Finance P&A teams, CFOs, CROs, and Risk leads. You will learn each business at a high level, and help assess if outputs make sense, articulate their status and actions, and help identify trouble areas.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as liaison with Sub-LOBs, and Corporate and Others (i.e. Finance / Risk leads, CCST, Y14A reporting, Internal Audit, Business Control Officers, Model Governance, etc.)

· Develop and manage integrated project plans for capital stress testing and forecast automation initiatives

· Create executive presentations that summarize plans, progress, and issues/risks or address ad-hoc requests

· Manage and prioritize the numerous requests and deadlines

· Drive improvements & design processes and consistencies across LOBs in the various forecast processes

· Participate and enhance Controls/Risk environment in various forecast processes

· Learn and articulate Regulator and Corporate guidance / instructions for each LOB

· Provide timely updates and escalate material issues noted at LOB level

· Interface and coordinate across teams from Credit Card, Home Lending, Business Banking, Consumer Banking, and Chase Auto (i.e. PMOs, Finance P&A teams, modelers)

· Organize and maintain documentation centrally for CCB so it is easily accessible for future references and regulators

Qualifications:

· Bachelors' degree required ( Business, Accounting, Finance a plus)

· A minimum of 5-7 years of Financial analysis and Forecasting experience required

· Audit / Control background is a plus

· Excellent and proven communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to communicate effectively at various levels of the organization including senior

management, communicates effective in written form ( Emails, PitchPro Powerpoint, Excel)

· Perform under high stress and fast paced environment

· Detailed oriented, organized, able to work with minimal supervision/guidance

· Excellent prioritization skills

· Skilled in problem solving and analytical reasoning

· Proven relationship-building skills

· Prior Consultation experience a plus

· PMP a plus

· MBA or Masters in Account/Finance a plus
