The Client Service Training Specialist (CSTS) will be responsible for the design, development, delivery and support of new hire, skill enhancement, and initiative-specific training programs. This position partners closely with training partners and subject matter experts throughout the firm to create high quality, customized training solutions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in delivering quality programs for large scale initiatives and client facing experience with the ability to engage with key stakeholders to determine training needs, delivery strategy and overall approach.
