As the US Payroll & Time Case Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the timely resolution of Tier 2 payroll inquiries for current employees regarding direct deposit maintenance, missing pay, retro pay, and other payroll-related support activities. You will ensure inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will also manage the investigation and recovery of overpayments for former employees and handle overpayment appeals. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong service-orientation and ownership mentality, have demonstrated ability to problem-solve and analyze on the fly and motivate a team to quickly troubleshoot and resolve timekeeping issues impacting payroll runs. You will be leading the team at a pivotal time as we are transition our Payroll function to Oracle’s HCM Cloud platform and will have the ability to make your mark and create a world class Payroll organization.
