The Client Service Analyst-Designated Program Coordinator will be the primary account manager for a portfolio of large corporate-sector Commercial Card clients. In this role, the Client Service Analyst will be responsible for the on-going coordination of a client's entire Commercial Card portfolio, managing day-to-day processes and working directly with other Client Services employees to maximize the effectiveness of their program. This role will involve significant telephone and e-mail contacts from the client and will require the incumbent to resolve program administrator issues in a timely manner. In addition, the Client Service Analyst will work closely with several Commercial Card Client Services groups, including but not limited to; Program Coordinators, Implementations, Client Application Support, several operation service groups, and Relationship Management to ensure a seamless client experience from implementation through the normal lifecycle of the client relationship.
