Technology Client Service Management Lead

As a Technology Client Service Manager (TCSM) lead you will be responsible for leading a team of TCSMs. TCSMs are accountable for understanding a client's technology set-up & understand their strategic objectives for their payments business. This includes working as their advocate with other internal groups within the organization. TCSMs are also expected to identify and recommend improvements in regards to the client’s current interactions with the firm - essentially becoming a subject matter expert on assigned clients.
