We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join the Amazon Publisher Services€™ Advanced TV team and lead operations for industry-leading Private Marketplace (PMP) solutions for Over the Top (OTT) publishers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join Amazon€™s quickly growing premium video advertising business and be responsible for technical and operational implementations of advertising solutions for publishers. You€™ll maximize the value our publishers receive from APS€™ suite of advertising products.

Responsibilities:
· Own supply operational readiness and scalability across multiple major publisher partners for Advanced TV team€™s PMP and other OTT advertising products
· Create and drive execution against OTT PMP launch plans, help identify task owners, communicate risks to stakeholders, propose risk mitigation strategies, and create appropriate technical and operational solutions
· Partner closely with product and engineering on new releases, develop expert understanding of product functionality and train customers and internal stakeholders
· Invent and choose optimal paths for ad trafficking and configurations set up to meet campaign requirements
· Define, monitor and effectively communicate insights and metrics for the PMP program to ensure success for both OTT advertisers and publishers
· Identify bottlenecks to improve troubleshooting efficiency and create SOPs / operational playbooks to scale both demand and supply side operational velocity
· Track and quantify operational inputs for automation requests to overcome onboarding and scaling challenges
· Influence and negotiate for testability, error proofing and simplification features

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


· Bachelor€™s Degree in Operations Management, Information Technology, Business or related field
· 3 - 5 years of customer facing experience in Ad Operations, Technical Account Management or related roles
· 3 years of experience in Online Advertising

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Video ad tech, product and/or ad ops experience in OTT environments
· Project Management experience managing complex operational projects
· Experience in creating trainings and product readiness plans
· Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, being comfortable with pulling reports, diving deep into the data and analyzing trends
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate across a broad range of technical and non-technical people
· Customer-driven product thinking and ability to identify and prioritize product requests
· Understanding of technical operations of advertising systems
