We have a great opportunity for a creative HR professional with experience in talent acquisition, training, and development. With your eye for identifying top talent, you recruit the best to the organization. How You Will Be Successful:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full cycle talent acquisition process including acquisition strategies, employer branding, candidate experience, recruitment, preboarding, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with managers to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics and goals
  • Attract top talent and passive candidates by developing and implementing sourcing strategies including through networking, social media, career fairs, etc.
  • Contribute to molding Mills' culture into a best place to work and present the company's value proposition to candidates in a compelling manner
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and trends providing weekly reports to the leadership team
  • Monitor and report on Mills employer brand reputation
  • Effectively manage Mills applicant tracking system

Training & Development

  • Manage the design and implementation of Mills training, career development, and leadership development programs which help employees enhance their performance, achieve their KPIs, provide career opportunities, and ultimately achieve the goals of the organization
  • Develop curriculum content including instructor guides, lesson plans, reference materials, audio/visual materials, job aids, scripts, and scenarios
  • Create 100-day job-based onboarding plans for all new hires and monitor progress
  • Utilize a variety of effective and engaging learning methods including webinars, live classroom, and on-the-job training
  • Manage online learning plans within the LMS and maintain updated training collateral
  • Measure effectiveness of training and development programs through assessments and evaluations making program modifications as needed
  • Maintain accurate training and development records
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal processes providing best practice recommendations
  • Abide by Mills policies and procedures and laws pertaining to Fair Housing, ADA, etc.
  • Embrace Mills values and apply to all areas of responsibility

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, learning & development, organizational design or a related field
  • Experience developing, implementing, and managing instructional design strategies for people with varying skill sets including experience with creating training modules and materials in a variety of formats
  • Minimum of five years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of online reputation management
  • Proven ability to maintain composure against obstacles, solving problems with keen insight
  • Compelling communicator at all levels with the ability to convey ideas and concepts concisely through interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated coaching skills with ability to mentor and develop others
  • Adept at building relationships and working in a team environment with proven track record of sharing ideas, providing encouragement, building on other's ideas, giving due appreciation, and bringing out the best in others
