**Job Description:**



Accenture Federal Services is seeking a System Administrator with experience in monitoring systems with Grafana, Chronograph, Linux troubleshooting, Communications as well as familiarity with: Elasticsearch, Redis, Solr, Data Flow, Docker and Kubernetes.



Day Rotation Shift - Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday 6AM to 6PM. 8% premium for nights, weekends and the ten Federal holidays.



**Responsibilities include:**



+ Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.

+ Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.

+ Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

+ Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.

+ Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.

+ Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.

+ Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.



**Here's what you need:**



+ Five (5) years experience as a SA and a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.Or

+ Ten (10) years experience as a SA and a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.



**Security Clearance:**



+ Active TS/SCI with Polygraph



Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below andinformation on benefits offered is here. **Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role**



California: $90,700 - $147,100



Colorado: $90,700 - $127,100



New York City: $105,000 - $147,100



Washington: $96,600 - $135,200
