Support Team Analyst:

The Support Team Analyst is responsible for receiving, diagnosing and clarifying client requests. He or she sets client expectations and manages issue resolution across departments in accordance with these expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Internet browsers, Microsoft Office, and email
  • Excellent professional writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic HTML knowledge a plus
  • A South Florida resident
  • BA/BS/ Undergraduate degree
  • 1-2 years related experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives client requests and issues via proprietary software and ensures they are assigned to the appropriate team promptly - often requiring technical trouble shooting.
  • Adds relevant information to tickets to assist MotionPoint teams in resolving issues.
  • Handles incoming client email and telephone calls.
  • Tracks resolution of tickets to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. Dialogues with clients if deadlines cannot be met.
  • Works a flexible schedule to ensure extended hours coverage is met. Is on-call periodically.
