An exciting opportunity to join a team with the vision to design and build a digital client service organization which will enable us to create and unlock value through service; adopting best practices and next generation technologies to deliver exceptional client experience. You will be asked to quickly understand the needs of internal & external stakeholders and lead the design and delivery of highly impactful and transformative initiatives for our clients and business stakeholders. This will require close partnership with multiple LOBs, as well as design and technology partners across a large organization. The operating model required to achieve this requires rapid experimentation, imaginative collaboration and well bounded testing to quickly evaluate solutions. Staying up to date with cutting edge approaches to service problems, both internal and external to the financial services industry will be critical to innovate. A passion for best in class service is essential.
