The Business Analyst of Strategic Programs is a newly created position that will be part of a small team and work with functional leads within the MS CS&I and run strategic programs focused on assisting its internal constituents with meeting their objectives of being customer obsessed, achieving a high level of operational efficiency, and delivering a best in class client and employee experience. The Merchant Services Client Service and Implementations (MS CS&I) team is comprised of: Implementations (Complex & Simple) and Servicing (Account Management & Issues Management). The team focuses on providing white glove service to the top clients within Merchant Services. Our job is to provide a best in class service experience to our clients and our employees.
