CCB Corrections and Complaints Reporting/Analytics is a centralized analytics team which supports a variety of critical functions for CCB operations. CCB Remediation and Corrections Team manages the process to eliminate customer impact caused by a business process or operational break. CCB Complaints Reporting & Analytics Team responsibilities include developing interactive dashboards, analyzing cross line of business relationships and impacts, and analyzing consumer behaviors and the impacts to our business. This centralized analytics model provides increased career mobility, better training, stronger controls and more opportunities to allow analysts to work across multiple Line of business knowledge. In order to excel, the individual needs to be highly motivated, highly analytical, extremely detail oriented, and an exceptional problem solver who takes pride in being part of an organization that owns customerĂ¢€™s issues from the beginning to end and delivers great customer experiences.
