Manage 5-10 CCB Correction analysts and lead strategic projects for correction data analytics COE team. CCB Remediation and Corrections team manages the process to triage, fix, correct, and eliminate customer impact caused by a business process or operational break. CCB Correction Analytics COE team plays extremely critical function to support Analytics throughout the entire correction process, which entails to identify the impacted, calculate financial harms, execute to have customer appropriately refunded and/or notified based on various correction strategies. The CCB correction analytics COE was built in 2017 with a vision to have high talent Data analysts centralized to support multiple LOB correction efforts including Consumer banking, Business banking, CWM and Credit Card. This COE model provides increased career mobility, better training, stronger controls and more opportunities to allow analysts to work across multiple LOBs.
