Qualified candidates will bring technical expertise in logistics and freight forwarding and have the ability to directly impact the building of new processes, services, and distribution structures across Amazon€™s growing footprint. The products and capabilities enabled by this role will deliver unprecedented selection while innovating beyond established supply chain norms. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with interactions across a wide variety of e-commerce topics, and will demonstrate competence in multiple fields and skill sets.

As a Program Manager for Global Shipping, this role is responsible for coordinating multiple stakeholder teams, to ensure successful launch of new products and/or features. The individual will ensure that our resources are focused on developing products and features that are appealing to our customers and results in high levels of adoption in our targeted segments. The person is responsible to develop comprehensive plans with clear measurable and deliverables across business opportunities, product, operations, sales and marketing that will ensure that we launch and scale our programs in line with our goals and objectives. These programs will require collaboration and/or co-lead with functional peers such as in Marketing, Product, Sales, Research, BI/Finance, Operations, and include launching new business segments, go to market strategies for large scale product/feature launches and revenue growth; promotional campaigns to drive adoption in specific categories or client segments; initiatives that will drive higher level of commitment from our customer base. In addition, the person will be responsible for developing customer value proposition, working closely with sales and marketing to refine and improve our external campaigns. This role will also manage our weekly and monthly business reviews, and our overall roadmap definition, interacting with senior leaders to secure inputs and communicate overall plans. As a critical member of the Cross Border Product team, the person will drive Voice of the Seller campaigns and similar customer/seller research & analysis efforts, as well as Selection Expansion initiatives. This role will interact with multiple stakeholders across the organization, keeping them informed on progress to targets, plans to close any gaps and possible roadmap adjustments based on feedback from the Sellers and Business Trends. In addition to day to day responsibilities, this person will work closely with Global Selling leaders to determine our global expansion strategy and assist in prioritizing the business opportunity and justification.


· MBA or Master€™s Degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain Management or similar disciplines
· +5 years experience in Management Consulting or internal Business/Corporate Strategy or Product Strategy
· +5 years Project or Program management experience
· Advanced SQL
· Experience in scripting languages (Python) for parsing and data analysis
· 5+ years of relevant experience in business, data, or statistical analysis
· Proficient in data analytics, supply chain engineering and comfortable with financial deep dives.
· Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be an independent problem solver that can make high quality judgments and decisions quickly with excellent organization skills.
· Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
· Excellent written, verbal, listening, communicating, and negotiating skills coupled with ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise is required
· Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.


· Masters Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
· 7+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or statistical analysis role
· 5+ years experience in running a product/operations in Freight Forwarding companies
· Ability to apply statistical techniques (i.e. hypothesis testing, control groups)
· Experience in a Client Facing role
· Experience in building a Go to Market strategy for a new product
· Understand, speak basic Chinese
· Understanding of trade compliance requirements in Europe.
