Sr. Director - Treasury Banking Operations

ADP is hiring a Sr Director - Treasury Operations. In this position, you will be responsible for all domestic Treasury and Money Movement activities for ADP's Employee Financial Services division. Sustain money movement by driving dual operation critical function capacity in Texas and California. Drive continuous Business Process Improvement in effort to streamline functions and optimize processes. Lead due diligence process during ADP acquisitions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management/Leadership
* Lead and manage a team of managers and analysts within the California and Texas operational money movement teams.
* Identify, coach and develop leadership roles within the areas of responsibility as well as bench strength.
* Provide integration expertise for acquisition and/or new money movement products.
* Oversee and ensure partnership with Corporate Delaware by providing short term forecasting and reporting net change variances throughout the day.
* Responsible for maintaining 10+ partner bank relationships to ensure third party compliance, service agreements and negotiation of bank fees.

* Responsible for $40 million annual bank fee budget for client fund money movement.
* Acts as an escalation point for money movement issues as it relates to banking and delay of payments due to internal systemic issues and/or third-party outages for all US BUs.

* Provides leadership for associate development contributing to overall talent development within the GMM&C team.
* Change leader for the organization.

Planning & Strategic Thinking
* Maximize revenue for ADP Delaware investment offices by providing accurate short-term forecasts, performing trend analysis on historical data, change of client behavior and utilize money movement systems to collect financial data to provide an accurate US Cash Position to ADP Treasury offices in Delaware.

* Assesses and reports any cash management and money movement impact to senior leadership for any acquisition.
* Applies subject matter knowledge during issue resolution, bank research and accounting out of balances.
* Conducts analysis which lead to development and/or recommend new methods, processes and procedures.
* Responsible for staying abreast of banking industry changes (ie NACHA, Faster Payments) and representing ADP in banking industry committees to ensure compliance.
* Provides strategic direction by assessing current money movement infrastructure to adapt to industry changes.
* Drives strong collaboration between Global Product Team and business to meet strategic initiatives.
Money Movement
* Oversees the timely execution of all banking activities to minimize losses and risk that result from financial transactions in which ADP engages.

* Responsible for overseeing and establishing internal controls for SOX and SOC1 for Funds Operations, Transmission Team, Banking and Cash Management.
* Sustain money movement through dual operations during contingency events.
* Oversee all scheduled bank runs (300 monthly) and transactional activities (execution of wire transfers, financial and banking transactions, and transmissions of files to banking partners).

* Manage and document Business Continuity and COP requirements for California and Texas.
 
Special Projects

* Lead various projects on a basis such as assisting on acquisitions, forecasting, decreasing overdrafts, idle cash and net change variances.
* Develops and designs new cash management processes, financial funds flows, and procedures required to support project.
* Identifies and drives money movement requirements and recommendations as new products are acquired or developed.
* Engaged in organizational change initiatives by providing Money Movement and Treasury expertise.
* Lead money movement standardization within Global Movement and Compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
* Minimum of 5 years of directly related treasury, banking, or money movement operations experience.
* Comprehensive understanding of financial transactions combined with banking knowledge, analysis, and critical thinking ability.
* Extensive people leadership experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking or other related major
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
* AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) Certification
* Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate resources
* Effective at resolving complex problems quickly and decisively
* Highly organized with a strong results-orientation
* Demonstrated highly effective verbal and written communication skills; delivers highly professional presentations and communications
* Ability to work and thrive in a team environment, focused on achieving results
