Sr. Director Technical Operations

ADP is hiring a Senior Director - Technical Operations focused on enabling product for clients and associates. 

 

This role requires a deep understanding of technology, product design and business operations. The incumbent must have experience with day to day operations, gathering client needs, working with multiple stakeholders to enable a stellar client and associate experience in various products. The incumbent must be able to prioritize and pivot on tasks and initiatives based on business needs at a very fast pace.

 

This role requires a strategic thinking mindset with the ability to execute on the initiatives that will influence and drive product enablement. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying areas of opportunity and defining initiatives backed by a solid business case to improve features, functionality and operations.

The incumbent will have the ability to evaluate business needs, translate to business requirements, gain commitment and buy-in from the sponsors and execute on those priorities. They will provide oversight on escalations and gaps reported by clients and associates and address them with a sense of urgency.

In this role, the incumbent will work with partners in technology, product, operations as well as our clients and associates to drive successful roll-out of stellar client experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for evaluating and analyzing business needs, providing expertise in business impact, systems planning, product design, requirements and acts as an owner and decision maker in driving change.
  • Collaborates with contact center leaders, front-line associates, and other functional stakeholders to create a cohesive approach to day to day operations and product planning and execution.
  • Ability to adapt to growing business needs in a fast pace environment.
  • Experience with technologies, systematic solutions and new concepts to drive improvements for clients and associates.
  • Understands client needs, completes analysis and recommends next steps towards resolution and improvements.
  • Experience with the operations of a contact center environment and the various tools and technologies leveraged to support the field.
  • An experienced team leader with the ability to motivate and upskill team in industry leading technologies, developing features and capabilities that give MAS a leading edge in client experience and integrated contact channels.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and problem solving skills
  • Business case development
  • Business requirements management toward project objectives
  • Strategic planning and Leadership

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 5 to 8 Years of Directly Related Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience with a Major Area of Concentration in Technology Related Degree with understanding of business operations
  • Experienced in successfully launching new technologies with integrated solutions for clients and associates
  • Experienced in understanding customer service call center standards and practices.

 

Hybrid In-Office at the Parsippany NJ Location 3 days a week is required.
