WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

As a Human Resources team intern, you will work on project-based HR assignments to help drive innovation within the OneADP locations. Your tasks will include providing a strategic perspective on current initiatives/efforts and making recommendations for process improvement.

As a Talent Solutions intern, you will be provided a rotational experience gaining knowledge of how each respective business unit in the Talent Solutions Organization impacts the success in attracting and retaining talent for our clients. Your tasks will be both tactical and strategic offering a glimpse into current initiatives/efforts with the expectation of you providing perspective making recommendations for process improvement etc.

EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED: Required Qualifications

• Completed at least 3 years of a 4 - year bachelor's degree program

• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred 
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exhibits leadership skills and works well in a collaborative environment
• Proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn
• Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
• Proficient with computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
