What you'll do

  • Partner with creating and implementing a talent roadmap with programs to support evolving organizational requirements that enhance the effectiveness of leaders, individuals, and teams, increase organizational capacity and accelerate business progress on strategic people initiatives 
  • Define customer needs, recommending solutions, developing project plans to achieve agreed upon deliverables
  • Apply creative, innovative thinking to complex challenges resulting in high impact outcomes
  • Diagnose potential organizational problem areas and design impactful solutions to the business
  • Drive talent management processes through tools that help leaders identify, engage and retain talent
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, coordinating efforts with other team members and leaders in and outside business department to create actionable deliverables
  • Collaborate on design and implementation of a unique onboarding program that drives an engaged candidate and new hire experience
  • Partner with key roles such as people business partners, HRIS, and people analytics specialists to achieve enterprise value
  • Perform analysis on data, providing insight and recommendations into actionable plans that maximize efficiencies for internal customers

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Business or related field or experience/training
  • 3 years experience in talent planning, performance management, talent review and succession planning, competency modeling/role profiling

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Experience in program/process design, as well as process improvement

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
