You will communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide consistent feedback on call review results.
You will constantly focus on customer service and all regulatory process flows that lead to delivering best in class service.
You will reconcile quality review results with Compliance.
You will complete the comprehensive review to ensure compliance and effectiveness of customer phone interactions of CCS and Account Specialists to firms policies and regulatory guidelines.
