The award-winning Art and Soul restaurant is situated on the ground level inside YOTEL Washington DC. Recently undergoing a design and culinary evolution, the new Art and Soul keeps its legacy alive with a refreshed menu that introduces an original take on seasonal, locally-sourced dishes from the Chesapeake Bay watershed communities and the diverse cuisines that influence modern-American food today.

Chef Danny Chavez is looking for a Sous Chef who can assist in directing of the culinary team. This role will require daily communication with Chef Chavez and the Restaurant's General Manager, Betty Woodward. The Sous Chef will be charged with daily planning, food requisitions and specials. Management of the stewarding crew, training the cooks and educating the front of house crew will also be a vital part of the Sous Chef's responsibilities.
